After confirming the density of your syrup, heat it to 180 degrees in the main pan. Always protecting your hands from hot syrup, use the draw-off valve to fill your clean, food-safe bottles/cans. Leave a small amount of air at the top of each container and cap. Tip each container on its side for a few seconds to neutralize any bacteria and create a seal.
