In our commitment to getting quality solutions into the hands of maple syrup producers, offer a low cost, stainless steel spout for tubing users. Manufactured from 304 stainless steel, this tap has been field tested and performs flawlessly under high vacuum with 5/16” tubing. They are an affordable alternative for producers who currently use disposable plastic spouts that must be replaced every year.
At the end of the maple season, these taps should be boiled (preferably along with a bulk tank cleaning acid). This will prepare them for repetitive duty season after season.
