Every Corsair Arch (firebox) is handcrafted with premium materials and is built to last. The heavy duty steel frame comes professionally pre-painted. The Arch sides, Base Stack and Stack Pipe are rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel. We’ve paid attention to details: a Firebox Peep Window, Pre-Cut Firebricks, Pre-Mixed Mortar, Ceramic Insulation, an Rail Gasket are all included standard. All Smoky Lake evaporator pans are professionally TIG welded at our headquarters in Hilbert, Wisconsin. Our artisans handcraft each pan with 22 gauge, mirror finish stainless steel which is guaranteed to offer superior heat transfer compared to our competitors’ thicker metal gauges.
