Unfortunately, the world’s most premium, handcrafted maple equipment is not born overnight. There’s a lot of love put into crafting these things! That’s part of what makes it so special.
Most of our handcrafted stainless steel maple equipment is made to order. We are not an Amazon Fulfillment Warehouse. Please trust that our elite team of artisans will work as swiftly as possible without sacrificing any of the quality we have built our name on.
For best efficiency, we craft each type of product in larger batches. Hence, turn around time is also dependent on when you place your order in relation to the types of products we are working through at that moment. We cannot produce a batch of every product, every day. Although we agree that that would be a really cool superpower!
In addition to production time, turn around times may also be influenced by a multitude of factors which are outside of our control. These include but are not limited to:
- Material availability & supply chain challenges
- The number of orders already in our system
- Freight carrier schedules/availability
- The number of hours in a day
- Acts of God

A: Yes. We are working diligently all year round. Due to our current order volume, it is unfortunately not possible to keep all products in stock at all times, although we are doing our best. We appreciate the overwhelming excitement for our equipment.

We are doing our very best to be transparent and keep you updated on what we are working through. To our dismay, we do not have the luxury to call each customer individually to discuss each update. We absolutely wish we could, but we simply don’t have the manpower. We are focusing our energy on production efficiency and getting the work completed.
