The Silverplate firebox is 7″ deeper and 5″ taller than an identical footprint Corsair evaporator. A Forced Draft Kit with premium blower and upgraded grates is also standard.
Every Silverplate Arch (firebox) is handcrafted with a robust, pre-painted steel frame. The Arch sides, Base Stack and Stack Pipe are rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel. We’ve paid attention to details: Pre-Cut Firebricks, Pre-Mixed Mortar, and Rail Gasket are included standard. The belly and the door of your Silverplate will be factory insulated. Additional insulation will also be provided for the side walls and can be installed on-site.
All Smoky Lake evaporator pans are professionally TIG welded at our headquarters in Hilbert, Wisconsin. Our artisans handcraft each pan with 22 gauge, mirror finish stainless steel which is guaranteed to offer superior heat transfer compared to our competitors’ thicker metal gauges.
