I received this drill bit as a special offer free item with an order two seasons ago but did not use it until this season. All I can say is WOW! I had been using bits from my tool box to drill tap holes but never again. This bit is sharp and does a fine job of cleaning out the hole. This bit will pull itself into the tree where traditional bits need to be pushed. This bit will be kept back special for tapping and replaced with a new one if needed.
