    WARNING: This product is made to order according to the specs you give to us. Smoky Lake will order special laser cut parts to produce your roof jack. Once those parts have been started, you are locked in. If you cancel or change your order after production has started, we cannot refund the cost of the work that has been completed up to that point nor the cost of materials.
