This Collar is to be affixed to the handle of your Flue Scraper. It acts as a stop, keeping your Flue Scraper Head within the length of your flues. Otherwise, if the Scraper is pushed out beyond the end of the flue, it could get hung up and/or caught. The Collar is especially important for Drop Flue Pans that do not have a drain manifold.
