This is a gravity-fed filter kit. All of these filters can be washed with hot water and reused. Nest the prefilters inside of the Orlon filter. Then hang over a kitchen pot OR upgrade and to a Smoky Lake Cone Filter Tank. (See examples in the image gallery on this page)

Great product, great quality, great for back yard operation. First, I have ever used pre-filters, they made the process of filtering much better and efficent. I bought the kit last year and processed about 5 gallons of syrup threw it.
