What Type of Pan Will You Be Using With This Arch?

Smoky Lake will optimize the geometry of the arch based on your current pan style. That being said, your Smoky Lake Corsair Arch will still remain easily convertible if you decide change pan styles in the future.

Arch Sides and Stack Pipe *

If you could only do one upgrade on your Corsair Arch, we recommend upgrading to Stainless Steel because of its inherent longevity. It resists rust and is extremely resilient in intense heat.

Fuel Efficiency *

By adding a Forced Draft Kit, you will create about 20% greater fuel efficiency and up to 50% more productivity. Includes domed cast iron grates (to enhance air turbulence) and a ready-to-go blower. If ordered at the same time as the Arch, we can offer a discount and factory install the blower for you. The Forced Draft System also includes upgraded Domed Cast Iron Grates for the firebox.

Protecting the Arch *

It is necessary to insulate and protect the inside of your arch. Smoky Lake offers these materials at discount when purchased at the same time as an arch. INCLUDES: Precut Bricks, Ceramic Insulation, Brick Batter, Illustrated Instructions/Templates.

Mobility

If you want to be able to move your arch around with greater ease, you might consider getting wheels. Standard casters are great for paved surfaces OR you can traverse gravel and grass with larger Pneumatic Tires. Both styles of wheels are removable if need be.

1 review for Corsair Arch

  1. Eric Schoembs, Vermont

    Jim and Angela,

Three years ago I purchased a 2′ x 6′ hybrid pan from you that I ran on an oil tank arch that I fabricated. I was getting about 20-25 gallons of evaporation per hour. This year I upgraded to a corsair arch with the forced draft kit and I am getting 35 gallons per hour burning pine. I expect close to 40 gph when I run hardwood. Needless to say I am very happy with the performance and quality of both the arch and pan! I am using less wood and saving a ton of boiling time. Thank you for the fantastic work that you do. I am a very satisfied customer and cannot say enough good things about the quality and craftmanship of your products.
