  3. Flat Pan vs Flue Pan
  4. Quantity and quality of firewood
  5. Quality of the insulation in the arch

    We used this stack thermometer for the first time last year and it really helped us evaluate our wood quality and figure out optimum firing times. It’s also much more pleasant keeping an eye on the dial than messing with and listening for a timer. Installation was a breeze thanks to the helpful video.
