Yes! It is our pleasure to share our love of maple syrup with young people.

On April 17, 2024, Maple Specialist Jimmy visited Ms Thiel’s 4th Grade Class at Hilbert Elementary School. We discussed how to identify a maple tree and how maple syrup was made. Jimmy brought several props to help facilitate the discussion and enhance the kids’ understanding – such as a real maple branch and leaves – so that the kids could see, touch and feel. The kids brought all kinds of great questions to the discussion as well as tremendous enthusiasm. It was a great time had by all.
