Description

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Attach the 3/4″ Street Elbow to your evaporator pan’s draw off port.
  2. Connect your evaporator pan’s Draw Off Valve and Nipple under the Street Elbow. This valve will be used to throttle back the flow of the syrup so that you can create a slow, controlled stream.
  3. Under the Draw-Off Valve, you will attach a Nipple, which has 3/4″ threads both ends.
  4. Attach your Auto Draw-Off System’s 3/4″ NPT Automated Valve to the 3/4″ Nipple. Make sure to remove the Automated Valve and clean it after each use.

These two hardware pieces are used to attach a 3/4″ Automated Valve (from a Smoky Lake Auto Draw-Off System) to a 3/4″ NPT female fitting on an evaporator pan.
