This Pan Set is expertly crafted by the artisans at Smoky Lake Maple in Hilbert, Wisconsin. We stand behind our superior craftsmanship with a lifetime limited warranty on all TIG welds.
To drain the Dauntless Pan Set, there are two drains: one on the Warming Pan and one on the front Finishing Pan. At the end of your season, the flues of the Flue Pan can be drained using a simple siphon.
If you desire a Drop Flue Pan Set that has a Drain Manifold under the flue, check out our Hybrid Pans OR our High Output Pan Sets. Drain Manifolds are not offered on the Dauntless Pan Set.
The Dauntless Drop Flue Pan Set is a wonderful efficiency upgrade for the Dauntless Evaporator. This allows you to increase your capacity from 55 taps (on the Dauntless Flat or Divided Pans) up to 95 taps (on the Dauntless Drop Flue Pan Set).
